VIGO COUNTY, Ind – Monday night (12/2/1(9) around 11:40 p.m. 59 year old Jeffrey Rohrer of Montgomery, Indiana was stopped for disregarding a stop sign and almost striking a State Police car at 1st Street and Sycamore Street.

Police say that Rohrer displayed signs of impairment and had a blood alcohol content of .11%.

Rohrer was taken to the Vigo County Jail on charges including felony driving while intoxicated.
