TERRE HAUTE, Ind – Terre Haute Police have arrested another person connected to the Anita Oswald murder case.

39-year-old Carl Ross was arrested Tuesday on charges of obstruction of justice and assisting a criminal.

Police say that Ross helped Kenny Pitts Jr. buy a van so he could leave Vigo County after killing Anita Oswald in November last year.

Ross is being held on $35,000 bond and his next court hearing is set for next week on Thursday August 16.

.Police say that they are continuing to investigate this case and that more arrests could be made in the future.
