TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  – A Brazil man has been arrested on child molesting charges after the alleged victim came forward during a session with her therapist.

The therapist took those concerns to the victim’s mother, who then contacted police.

The alleged abuse took place in 2007 or 2008.

34-year-old James Burk is being held in the Vigo County Jail on $75,000 cash only bond.

He will be back in court August 1st.
