PARKE COUNTY, Ind – Friday night around 8 p.m. Parke County Deputies were called to a home in Rural Mansfield.

Police say that 25-year-old Robert L. Crowder of Carbon got into an argument with another man and shot that man in the leg.

The victim refused medical treatment at the scene.

Crowder was formally charged with battery with use of a deadly weapon.

Victims name is not being released at this time.
