Terre Haute, IN – Liquidation sales are set to start as early as Friday as part of a bankruptcy plan for Bon-Ton Stores, which operates the Carson‘s brand with a store in Honey Creek Mall.

A plan was approved Thursday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware to liquidate their inventory and property.

Bon-Ton Stores operates several other brands besides Carson‘s including Bergner’s, Boston Store, Elder-Beerman, Herberger’s and Younkers.

The sale of assets must be complete by the end of August this year.

Exact timing for the closure of the Terre Haute store has not been announced.
