Case Against Former Freebirds Director Dismissed

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Charges against the former director of Freebirds has been dismissed.

57 year old Jack Tanner had been arrested by Terre Haute Police at the Red Carpet Inn back in August of 2017.

Police say that they found syringes and methamphetamine in a motel room booked in his name.

Officers then arrested Tanner and the two women who were staying in the room.

He told police that he was trying to give the women a place to stay.

The court agreed to dismiss a charge of maintaining a common nuisance band also ordered Tanner’s bond be returned to him.
