City Council Likely To Consider New Condos

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A housing project that was tabled in May will go before the Terre Haute city council tonight.

The proposal calls for close to 80 condominiums near the Deming Park area, but area residents are completely in favor of the idea.

Residents wanted a privacy fence, a sidewalk and to be consulted on future projects but appears that the developer rejected that idea.

The council wanted the two sides to try to work out their differences.

We will let you know what the council decides to do.
