VIGO COUNTY, Ind. – Classes will resume today in Vigo County Schools after the Presidents Day break.

Last week a threat of a shooting at Terre Haute South High School was made on social media.

As students and parents arrive today, you may notice additional security throughout the school district.

Superintendent Robert Haworth said in a release the corporation has taken preliminary action towards students of interest in the incident.

Police are not releasing any information.

In a press conference last week police said that they tracked the threat to a home through the IP address that made the post.

There were three adults and three juveniles at the residence. Police said that they are examining all devices that could access the internet.

So far no arrests have been made.
