CLAY COUNTY, Ind.  – Clay County Police arrest Carbon man on charges of child molesting.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says the investigation into Paul Dillon started in October of last year.

That after they received reports from the Department of Child Services that Dillon sexually abused an underage girl.
