CLAY COUNTY, Ind – Marty Heffner has been chosen by a Republican Caucus to be the new Clay County Commissioner.

He was given the oath of office Tuesday morning by Circuit Court Judge Joseph Trout in the Clay County Courthouse.

Heffner takes the seat vacated by Jim Bowman who stepped down earlier this month.
