CLAY COUNTY, Ind – A Clay County teen has been waived to adult court for allegedly shooting at another person during a dispute.
Police say that back June 20th, 17-year-old Zackary Dickison got into an argument with his brother and pointed a gun at him and a woman.
The two got into a physical fight and during that fight the brother was shot in the hand.
Dickison faces multiple charges including aggravated battery, battery by means of a deadly weapon and criminal recklessness.
He is also facing drug possession charges.
A jury trial is set for December 10th.
Dickison is being held in the Clay County Jail on $25,000 bond.
