VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind. – A Clinton man was arrested Sunday morning for driving under the influence.

31-year-old Ross A. Hinkle was arrested after a deputy noticed his UTV (utility vehicle)  traveling on State Road 163 and conducted a traffic stop.

Sheriff Mike Phelps says that Hinkle failed all field sobriety tests and was found to have had a BAC of .19%.
