VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Saturday evening Vermillion County Deputies tried to stop 47 year old Daniel Shew of Clinton for driving erratically and speeding.

 

Shew refused to stop at first.

 

Two miles later he stopped and was arrested for Resisting Law Enforcement and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.

 

Officers say that Shew had a BAC of .14%.
