VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Vermillion County Police Officers arrested 35-year-old David W. Filchak of Clinton at his home at 4th and Elm Streets Wednesday.
He faces charges of Dealing and possession of Methamphetamine and paraphernalia. During the arrest police also found methamphetamine and a pipe used to smoke meth.
Filchak is currently being held in the Vermillion County Jail on $25,000.00 bond.
