PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind – An investigation by Indiana State Police that started in December last year has resulted in an arrest for child molestation.
Troopers say that 31 year old Jonathan R. Maw, of Cloverdale, IN, allegedly molested a young girl under the age of 14 for approximately two years and had shown her pornography on his computer.
Maw was arrested Friday afternoon without incident during a traffic stop. He currently is held in the Putnam County Jail without bond.
Charges:
- Child Molesting where defendant is at least 21 years of age, Class 1 Felony (2 counts)
- Child Molesting Fondling or Touching with child under 14, Class 4 Felony
- Dissemination of Matter Harmful to Minors, Class 6 Felony
