INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – A Marion County judge has granted former Vigo County School Corporation Superintendent Danny Tanoos a motion for what is called an ‘interlocutory appeal.’

Previously, the same judge denied dismissing three felony bribery counts filed against Tanoos.

The move allows Tanoos’ legal team could take their case to the court of appeals.

He will be back in court in Marion County on April 24th.
