Dana Man Arrested On Domestic Battery Charges

VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Vermillion County Police were called just after 4 a.m. Friday (6/7/18) to 224 N. Maple in Dana for a domestic battery in progress.

Police say that they found 45 year old Nicholas E. Williams in the back bedroom refusing to cooperate with deputy’s commands.

Officers found his fiance’ and a juvenile, both with significant injuries to the head, arms and neck on the floor.

Another juvenile was located inside the residence with a bite mark to the finger and physical marks from the altercation. 

Williams was arrested on multiple charges including Domestic Battery, Domestic Battery in the presence of a minor, Strangulation, and Disorderly Conduct.

Williams is being held at the Vermillion County Jail on a $10,000.00 Bond with 10%.
