Deal May Be In The Works Between Bethesda Gardens And State Regulators

TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  – The State of Indiana filed an injunction against Bethesda Gardens last month after the death of a resident.

The State is asking a judge to order the facility to stop operations because they were allegedly providing care and operations they were not licensed to.

Bethesda Gardens is an unlicensed facility.

It appears that Bethesda Gardens has made a settlement offer to the state,

Both sides return to court on April 5th.
