TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A suspect in an August drive-by shooting made an initial appearance in court Friday.
20-year-old Davonte Brown is facing several charges including attempted murder in connection to the incident that happened in August in the 1900 block of North 6th Street.
A 17-year-old female was shot in the hip and witnesses told police that Brown was hanging out of the sunroof of a vehicle when he fired several shots toward a home.
Brown is being held on $100,000 bond and will return to court on January 3rd
