PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind.  – More information is known about a fatal accident on I-70 Monday.

According to police, Brian Rosano was driving a minivan when he hit and killed a California man who was working on a vehicle on I-70.

News 10 has confirmed that Rosano once was the director of the House of Hope in Brazil, which is a recovery facility.

Police say that Rosano had  cocaine, opiates and more in his system at the time of the crash
