WABASH VALLEY – Indiana Utility Regulators have approved a rate cut proposed by Duke Energy.
Duke announced it would be cutting rates by more than five percent by the year 2020.
This means you’ll be paying an average of $7.33 less for your electric bill.
How much savings you see will depend in if you are a residential or business customer.
Duke said that the cuts are possible due to savings generated by new federal tax laws.
