TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A fourth and final defendant in a Terre Haute murder case was sentenced Wednesday afternoon.
Benjamin Selig accepted a plea agreement for assisting a criminal and will serve 1,452 days of probation in addition to substance abuse counseling and must agree to random drug tests for his connection to the murder of Matt Luecking.
Luecking was killed in his Village Quarter apartment almost two years ago.
Three other people were found guilty of his murder and sent to prison.
Kathleen Featherstone was sentenced to 30 years.
Don Featherstone was sentenced to 50 years.
John Collins pleaded guilty to the murder of Luecking and was sentenced to 60 years.
