Former Commissioner Appears In Court

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A former Vigo County Commissioner recently arrested again on drug charges will be allowed to leave jail.
62 year old David Decker was arrested last Monday (5/28/18) on several charges including possession of meth and domestic battery.
Decker was arrested when police received a call about a physical altercation outside of a liquor store in Riley.
A woman told police Decker punched her in the face.
A judge issued a no-contact order against Decker.
He will be placed on GPS monitoring until his trial which is set for September 11th.
