DANVILLE, Ind. — Local police say a man has confessed to killing a woman in Illinois.

Danville police say 24-year-old Connor Warren Scott of Danville walked into the police station Sunday night and confessed to killing 20-year-old Kaylyn Whitaker of Terre Haute at Scott’s home in Martinsville, Illinois, on Oct. 31, 2014.
