The Goshen News says she is looking at the log cabins that are on the property, which is one of 16 tracts that is going up for auction.

Roger Diehm of Schrader Realty and Auction says the 28-acre property has been divided into the tracts so it has a better chance of being sold.

“You have an asset that took 50 years to put together,” he told The Goshen News. “Not many have that big of a checkbook.”

Tract 5 has four-plus acres that includes the Round Barn Theatre. Tract 6 includes the restaurant, shop, and two log cabins. The 62-room inn is separated in its own tract. A few more tracts include older homes and storage buildings.

Diehm said people interested in some of the land want to keep the restaurant and theater alive.

Two more open houses are planned soon, one on January 25 and another on February 4.
