VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Vermillion County Police arrested a Hillsdale man Saturday evening on drunk driving charges.

Officers say that they received a call about a pickup off the road in a ditch in Hillsdale.

When officers arrived, they found 64-year-old Kevin Conches walking around the vehicle.

He is facing a charge of driving while intoxicated and refusing to take a chemical test.
