TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A Terre Haute woman was sentenced Tuesday for having sex with a 15 year old and not telling the teen she carried the HIV virus.

23 year old Lisa Marie Custer was sentenced to 10 years in prison and ordered to purposeful incarceration in the Indiana Department of Correction.

If she completes a substance abuse program successfully she can ask to be placed on work release for two years and then home detention for two years.
