Holcomb Might Call A Special Session

INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb is leaving open the possibility of calling lawmakers back to the Statehouse after this year’s legislative session descended into chaos.

Bickering Republicans blew past Wednesday’s midnight deadline to adjourn without taking up some key bills.

The Republican governor said in an early morning statement that there is  “still work to be done” and aides say he is open to the idea of calling a special session.
