Hunley To Take Over School Corporation Civil Case

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A special judge will take over the Vigo County School Corporation’s civil lawsuit against those who ran a kickback scheme and stole nearly $100,000.

Judge Robert Hunley of Sullivan County accepted the case this week.

It was revealed that Vigo County Judge Lucky Reddy has shared a dinner table with Paula Shahadey, who is one of the defendants.

Reddy had previously stated that she didn’t realize who was at the table but has recused herself to avoid any possible impropriety.

Paula Shahadey’s husband, Frank, along with Franklin Fennell, Mike Pick, and M&P Properties are also named as defendants.
