CLAY/DAVIESS COUNTIES, Ind. – An illegal alien with multiple aliases has now been moved to another Indiana county.

Brazil Police say that Erick Pedraza sent intimidating text messages including a video of him shooting a gun from a moving car, to a former coworker in Greencastle.

Pedraza was arrested at his Seelyville apartment.

He has three outstanding failures to appear cases in Daviess County dating back to 2014 and 2015

On Friday, Pedraza was transferred from the Clay County Jail to the Daviess County Jail.
