Indiana Sen Todd Young Wants To Lead The National Republican Senate Committee

INDIANAPOLIS  — Indiana Sen. Todd Young would like to become chairman of the National Republican Senate Committee during the 2020 election cycle.

Young says he’s supported by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and outgoing NRSC Chairman Cory Gardner and has yet to draw an opponent.

A formal vote will held Wednesday.

Republicans expanded their Senate majority this election but things will be different in 2020.
