TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A family business in the Wabash Valley for the past 44 years has agreed to be purchased by an Indianapolis business.

Dever Distributing will be purchased by Zink Distributing of Indianapolis.

Dever distributes products from Anheuser-Busch brands in an eight-county area.

The owner of Anheuser-Busch, InBev has reportedly given its approval and the sale could be finalized next month.

The owner of Zink Distributing, Jim Zink said that he was proud to have his family run business acquire another family business in the Anheuser-Busch chain.
