TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A local Terre Haute Hospital has received an “A” grade for the ninth time in a bi-annual safety analysis.

The Leapfrog Group’s fall 2018 Hospital Safety Grade gave the “A” designation to Terre Haute Regional Hospital in recognition of its efforts in protecting patients from harm and meeting safety standards.

The Group grades over 2,600 hospitals nationwide.

Union Hospital received a grade of “C”.
