TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A local Terre Haute land marks has been listed in the September Vigo County tax sale.
Indiana Theater LLC owes just over $102,000 in back taxes.
The owner of the Indiana Theater at 7th and Ohio, David Lundstrom told the Tribune Star that this doesn’t mean the historic property necessarily will change hands or that it will close.
Lundstrom is quoted as saying that he is working on several options to resolve the unpaid tax issue.
Multiple events including concerts, weddings, parties and other events are held in the historic theater year round.
