TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A local nursing facility recently underwent an investigation and now state officials are waiting on a plan of correction.
The Indiana State Department of Health wrapped up their investigation at Meadows Manor North on North 7th Street last month.
They now have to file a plan with state officials on how they will address issues.
Specific information won’t be released until after the plan of correction is received from the facility and approved by the State and that could be several weeks.
