Man Accused Of Rape Makes Court Appearance

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A Terre Haute man accused of rape made a court appearance Tuesday.

Joshua Johnson is facing a total of seven charges, including two of rape for allegedly attacking the woman at knife point at her home on April 24th.

In court Johnson reportedly asked why he was charged without DNA evidence.

Johnson has a court appointed attorney and both will return to court Thursday to have a trial date set.
