TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A Vigo County man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing roommate with a screwdriver.
The Vigo County Sheriff’s Department was called to the 8900 block of North U.S. 41 Thursday just before 2:00 a.m. about an unwanted guest,
Carl Leroy Long Jr. told police he had been stabbed in the chest with a screwdriver by his roommate 46-year-old Bradley Lawrence.
Long was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Lawrence was arrested on felony charges of battery with a deadly weapon.
Bond is set at $10,000.
He is set to appear in court on Wednesday May 29th.
