CLARK COUNTY, Ill – An accident on I-70 in Clark County, Illinois Monday morning around 8:00 a.m. sends one person to the hospital.

A tire blew-out on the passenger side of a small SUV causing the woman from Kansas to lose control and crash.

The she suffered only minor injuries and was treated at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.

She was later ticketed for not having a valid driver’s license.

The passenger was uninjured.
