TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  – More details are known about the arrest of a Terre Haute man and three others earlier this week.

Terre Haute Police went to a home near 22nd and Oak Streets to serve a search warrant while looking for Bryce Rupska.

Rupska was wanted for failure to appear for a court hearing on February 28th.

He allegedly threatened to kill a woman during an argument in August 2018.

When officers went to the home looking for Rupska, Morgan Colbert and Rob Roy told officers that Rupska was not at the residence.

Colbert gave officers consent to search the home but later changed her mind.

Roy said he had a phone number for Rupska, but broke his phone so officers couldn’t search it.

Roy had previously agreed to waive his Constitutional Right to have property searched by law enforcement in a previous conviction agreement.

A search warrant was issued and Rupska was found hiding in the attic.

Colbert and Roy were then arrested for obstruction of justice.

Roy and Colbert are set to appear in court today (Friday 3/8/19).

Rupska is set to appear in court March 11th.

A by-stander who had no apparent connection to the others was also arrested.

Lucy Perry faces charges of Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Law Enforcement.

Online court documents show that during a hearing Wednesday, Perry was appointed a public defender and she was ordered to not have contact with any police agency in Vigo County with the exception of emergency situations.

Her next court date is set for April 4th.
