VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Tuesday night just before 10 p.m. a Vermillion County Deputy noticed a motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed southbound on St. Rd. 63.

When the officer tried to stop the bike, the driver accelerated and was clocked at 128 MPH.

The driver finally stopped at Fairview Park.

20-year-old Darvin L. Sizemore of Deer Park, Texas was arrested for Reckless Driving and Resisting Law Enforcement.

Officers on scene also located a small bag of Marijuana under the Motorcycle seat.
