PARIS, Ill. – North American Lighting in Paris, Illinois is looking to help high school students gain experience without college debt.

The company wants five high school graduates to participate in the ICATT program sponsored the NAL Technical Apprenticeship program.

The apprenticeship is a 5-year program beginning in August this year and comes with no out of pocket cost to students that successfully complete the course.

Selected students will earn a salary, and work toward industry-specific certifications and be able to complete an associate’s degree at the same time.
