CLAY COUNTY, Ind. – The name of the person killed in a weekend accident in Clay County has been released.

It happened Sunday on State Road 42, just two miles west of State Road 59.

Officials say that 39-year-old Jarick Scott Rogers of Jasonville died in the crash and that a passenger in the vehicle was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
