VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind. – A fire destroyed the Vermillion County Fairground Grandstands nearly two years ago and now they will be replaced.

On Tuesday, crews started work on laying the foundation for the new grandstands.

Crews expect to have the grandstands done by the end of November.
