Newport Hill Climb Wraps Up

Newport, Indiana – The world’s largest Antique vehicle event and the second largest auto event in Indiana happened this past weekend in Newport, Indiana as thousands of antique car enthusiasts flocked to the tiny Vermillion County town to see if their vehicle could make the run up the 1800-foot long and 140-foot high hill.  The event is conducted by The Newport Lions Club ran Friday, Saturday and wrapped up yesterday with the Hill Climb competition.  More than 300 cars, trucks and motorcycles from the pre-World War II era participated
