TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A new ordinance now allows off-road vehicles on Vigo County roads.

There are some requirements that you need to be aware of.

Riders must have a valid license, insurance, and be at least 18 years old and the vehicle must have working headlights and taillights and be registered with the state.
