VIGO COUNTY, Ind – Vigo County officials continue to review property assessment appeals.

The Trib-Star reports that of the over 1,500 appeals that were filed over 550 have been resolved. Of those nearly 400 are business property with the rest being residential. There are over 60,000 parcels in the county.

Officials hope to have the remaining appeals resolved before new tax bills go out in April.
