GREENE COUNTY, Ind. – One person is dead after an accident around 9 p.m. Friday night in Greene County.

The Sheriff’s Department says two vehicles coming from opposite directions had a head on collision at State Road 45 and Carmichael Road.

 37-year-old Jeremiah Murphy of Springville, Indiana died in the accident.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office says they are 51-year-old Raul Ramirez, 31-year-old Kayla Faubion and a child were all injured in the accident and were taken to a Bloomington hospital.

The accident is under investigation and other details have not yet been released.
