One Stabbed , Three Arrested At Family Gathering

TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  – Three people are in jail and one man is in the hospital after a fight at a family gathering on South 11th Street.

The fight started when a man told police he was taking a nap when he woke up to find 18 year old Harley Lamb, who is a family friend, going through his pockets.

The two began fighting and then the victim’s brother, Brandon Frye joined in on the fight and began beating the victim.

Police say that then the victim’s father, Brian Frye joined in the fight and began hitting the victim.

The fight ended after someone stabbed the in the back.

Police arrested 19 year old Brandon Frye, 58 year old Brian Frye, and Harley Lamb on battery charges.

It appears that Brandon Frye admitted the fight was over pills the victim had in his pocket.
