VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Vermillion County Police were called out just before 9 p.m. Sunday night on a report of a vehicle in the ditch on CR 1450 N. and that the woman driver was trying to leave but was stuck in the field.

47-year-old Lisa A. Newell of Perrysville, was arrested after failing sobriety testing and refusing certified testing.

Open alcohol containers were located inside the vehicle.
