TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – On Thursday, a judge accepted a plea agreement in connection to a stabbing death.
43 year old Eddie Stewart stabbed Carlos Vinson to death in March last year at the Dew Drop Inn.
Stewart will plead guilty but mentally ill to voluntary manslaughter and will be sentenced to 17 and a half years in prison.
